A Buyers Guide (show catalogue) is published prior to each annual fair. The Buyers Guide is a comprehensive and prominent publication widely distributed to retail buyers who attend, to assist them with the forward planning and management of their trade fair visits.

Online Catalogue. For the first time in 2001, the buyers' guide is available on the Internet and will be updated throughout the year. There is an online search function which retailers can use to search for suppliers of a product or contact details of an exhibitor. A user name and password is required for the product and exhibitor searches. This is published in the buyers' guide given to all visitors to the show.
